Apple Pie


My favorite apple pie๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ
Let's cook it today.
I have a 24 cm shape.
We will need:
Dough:
๐ŸŽcold butter 100 grams
๐ŸŽwheat flour 200 grams
๐ŸŽyolk
๐ŸŽ1 teaspoon baking powder
Sour cream or Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons
๐ŸŽ a pinch of salt

Filling:
๐ŸŽapples 5 pcs.
๐ŸŽa teaspoon of cinnamon
๐ŸŽSugar 50 grams
๐ŸŽa piece of butter
First, prepare a soft shortbread dough. Rub the cold butter with flour and baking powder into the crumbs with your hands, add the yolk and sour cream. Knead the soft dough and put it in a bag in the refrigerator to rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, we will make the filling. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add diced apple, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool down a little.
We take 1/3 of the dough and send it to the freezer.
Roll out the rest of the dough, put it in a mold, cut off the excess dough and make punctures with a fork. Spread the apples and grate the dough from the freezer on top.
You can sprinkle sugar on top and send it to a preheated 175 degree oven for 30 minutes.
