Tartlets with apricots
Let's make a delicious and simple dessert today.
12 tartlets (10cm shape)
Shortbread dough:
* butter 100 grams
+ wheat flour 200 grams
+ yolk 1
# 2 tablespoons sour cream (or Greek
yogurt)
* a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
# you can add powdered sugar or sugar if
you like it sweeter)
Filling:
-cottage cheese 200 grams
+ egg 2 pieces
# powdered sugar 40 grams
+ vanilla to taste
ty a couple of drops of lemon juice, you can do without it
For the filling, just mix everything until smooth with a whisk.
Prepare a soft shortbread dough, for this we grind cold butter into crumbs with flour, add yolk, sour cream, soda, salt and Sugar, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator in a bag for 30 minutes.
For convenience, divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out a layer 4-5 mm thick, cut out a circle and put it in a mold. We prick the dough with a fork, fill half of the mold with the filling and spread half of the canned apricot.
Put in the oven preheated to 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, then cook for another 10 minutes at 165 degrees Celsius.
Before serving, you can decorate with powdered sugar.
