WONDERFUL CAKE


 

Ingredients:


2 packets of cocoa Petit Beurre biscuits

2 medium-sized bananas

1 pack of whipped cream

1/3 cup of milk

As many fruits as you like. I used 6-7 strawberries, 2 medium-sized oranges, and 1 kiwi.


Preparation:

First, we grind our Petit Beurre biscuits in a food processor. Then, we take the ground biscuits into a bowl and start kneading by adding our bananas and milk. Here, let’s add the milk gradually and knead until it reaches a dough consistency. Stop adding milk once it has the right texture.


I added cocoa to the Petit Beurres because I used the regular ones. You should buy cocoa Petit Beurres directly. (Because if you add cocoa, you might need to add sugar or honey accordingly.) Then, we transfer our dough onto a piece of parchment paper. We cover it with another piece of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin.


We spread the whipped cream we prepared on our dough, but don’t spread it too much towards the edges as it may spill out. After adding whipped cream, we add our mix of fruits. Then, we roll it up like a roll and let it sit in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.


You can eat it without waiting, but the consistency is better after being in the freezer. If you have time, you can also let it sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours instead of the freezer.
